Q: What are your commission rates?

A: Commission rates vary by product and region. Although we do not publish commission rates on our site, be assured that they are among the highest in the industry. One of our marketing representatives will be happy to discuss commission rates for your region with you personally.

Q: Will you automatically draft funds from my agency’s account for payment?

A: No. Producers are required to remit payment by check via mail by the 10th of the following month.

Q: Does the Motor Club product provide towing for both mechanical failure and accident?

A: Yes. Motor Club towing benefits are payable whenever the covered vehicle is mechanically disabled or whenever it is involved in a collision.

Q: Does the Motor Club product provide rental car benefits for theft?

A: Yes. Motor Club rental car benefits are payable whenever the covered vehicle is involved in a collision or is stolen.

Q: Does Home Guard cover wind related losses?

A: Yes. Home Guard will reimburse the amount of the AOP deductible whenever a claim is paid by the insurer for a covered loss, including named storms.

Q: How long does it take to process a claim?

A: Typically, motor club claims are paid within 48 hours of receipt of proper documentation.Claims for all other products are processed by the insurers who underwrite the coverage and may take slightly longer.

Q: Is original documentation required in order to process claims?

A: For motor club and homeowner’s service contract claims, we do not require original documentation. In fact, required documentation can be submitted via toll-free fax. For AD&D and hospital indemnity claims, typically the insurer will require original documentation via mail.

Q: Can I print applications in Spanish?

A: Yes. All GSDS applications can be printed in both English and Spanish

Q: Can I generate production reports?

A: Yes. GSDSonline.com will allow you to generate comprehensive, detailed production reports. You can also subtotal your reports by product type or representative. Reports can be generated by any date range. Reports are restricted to those who you wish to have admin access.
